Tell us what happened at work and upload your documents and messages, the way you would email them to a lawyer. You will receive a realistic estimate of what your claims may be worth before any lawsuit, using the same method we use to evaluate cases that come to us.

Afterwards, you can choose to send your evaluation and documents to an attorney for review. That is up to you.

Step 3 of 3: your documents and messages

Upload anything you would send a lawyer: offer letter, paystubs, reviews, warnings, emails, texts (screenshots are fine), your own notes, and any severance paperwork. Saved emails (.eml), PDFs, Word files, images, and text files work best. Audio and video are accepted but are reviewed separately.

Up to 25 files, 25 MB each, 100 MB in total. Documents that hurt your case matter too; please include them.

We place a hold of up to $5 on your card. When the evaluation finishes, we charge only its actual cost (computing and payment processing), usually well under $5, and release the rest of the hold. The charge is intended only to reimburse that cost. It is not a payment for legal services and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. If the evaluation cannot be completed, the hold is released and you are not charged. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
